We are a private entity and are not affiliated with, nor do we represent, the Rajasthan Forest Department or any Government authority. All safari bookings are facilitated through the official government channels and are strictly subject to their rules and availability.
Advance Reservations: Safari permits are highly regulated and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strongly advise booking well in advance to secure your preferred dates.
Mandatory ID Requirements: Accurate details (Name, Age, Gender) and a valid Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for every traveler must be provided at the time of booking.
Carrying Original IDs: Travelers must carry the exact original ID proof that was submitted during the booking process. Forest officials will verify this at the boarding gate. Failure to present the original ID will result in denied entry to the park, and our agency will not be liable for any refunds in such cases.
Non-Transferable Permits: Once issued, safari permits are strictly non-transferable. Name changes or substituting travelers is not permitted under any circumstances.
To secure your safari permits, the Forest Department requires the fee in advance. Therefore, 100% advance payment is required for us to process your safari booking.
Our quoted package prices include the official permit fees, vehicle charges (Jeep/Canter), guide fees, local taxes, and our agency’s service/convenience fee for facilitating the booking. There are no hidden costs.
Strict No-Refund on Safari Permits: Once a safari permit is successfully generated and issued by the Forest Department, it is 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable. No refunds will be provided for canceled safari drives.
Hotel & Custom Packages: If you have booked a complete tour package (Accommodation + Safari), cancellations pertaining to the hotel stay will be processed strictly according to the specific cancellation policy of the respective resort or hotel.
Administrative Cancellations: In rare instances, the Forest Department may cancel safaris without prior notice due to VVIP visits, extreme weather conditions, or sudden administrative orders. In such scenarios, we will assist you in claiming a refund based on the government’s official refund policies; however, our agency’s service/convenience fee remains non-refundable.
Safari Zones: Ranthambore National Park is divided into multiple zones (1-10). Zone allocation is managed entirely by the Forest Department’s automated system. While we will request your preferred zone, we cannot guarantee its confirmation.
Wildlife Sightings: Ranthambore is a natural wildlife reserve. Sightings of tigers and other wildlife are entirely dependent on nature, weather conditions, and animal movement. Our experienced guides will make every effort to track wildlife, but we do not guarantee specific animal sightings.
Visitors are expected to maintain strict silence and discipline inside the national park.
Disembarking from the safari vehicle, teasing or feeding animals, smoking, and littering are strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Violating these rules may lead to immediate termination of your safari and hefty fines by the Forest Authorities.
